Do you except returns?
No, there is a no returns policy.
Do you except exchanges?
No, as of 03/23/2020 there will be no exchanges until further notice.
How long is order processing?
Allow 2-3 days for processing
How long is shipping?
We cannot determine but shipping can be up to weeks. Please know that there is a lack of delivery workers.
Do you have fur slides on hand?
No, fur slides are preorder and right now it will take 4 weeks for receive them. Due to COVID-19 the delivery time as double.
Do all items restock?
No, some items do not restock. If you subscribe to our email list or follow us on our social media we will let you know if an item will not restock, all can be found below.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards can be found on the home page.
Do you deliver?
Yes, $5 next day delivery is available for the following Michigan cities.
Detroit, Inkster, Romulus, Westland, Wayne, Taylor, Canton, Belleville, Redford, Livonia, Dearborn/Dearborn Heights, and Allen Park. There is no delivery on Sundays and if the billing/shipping address does not say any of those cities than the order will be cancelled. Choose Local Delivery at checkout for shipping.
