Are you only online?

Yes, we are only Online! Shipping cost with be calculated at checkout. 

How long is processing?

3-7 business days, weekends and holidays are not included.

How long is shipping?

3-4 business days, weekends and holidays are not included. 

How long does Slides ship?

Slides are 2 week pre-order, shipping then take 5-8 business days in US international varies

If you order other items with your Slides there will be a hold on your order until your 2 week pre-order is over and your Slides are ready to ship out, no exceptions 

How do I track my order?

After processing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. We try to send out this email within 7 days, if you haven't received an email please contact us. 

Please Note: If you have received a tracking number and your package is lost you have to contact USPS, we are not responsible for packages when the carrier has package!

Are all items restocked?

We restock every week but not every item is restocked. Updates will go out via mailing list (which is down below to sign up!) 

Please Note: If you sign up for the mailing list you will receive 10% off your first order plus exclusive discounts and offers!

Do you offer refunds?

No, all items are non refundable so please check your cart and make sure everything in your order is correct. You can choose to exchange within 2 days of receiving item(s) with all tags still attached and unworn or no exchange, YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST!

Please Note: Email us before you send your order to assure SGC knows your item is returning and you have the right return address

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel please email us before your order is shipped! If you have received a Tracking Number and your order is shipped out you cannot cancel for any reason! Please check your cart before checking out!

Why was my order cancel?

The card you used was high in fraudulent so we declined your order or we canceled your order because your card zip code didn't match your shipping address zip code! We do not except payments from different area codes or states. We do not except American Express you can only pay with American Express via PayPal no exceptions!
