Are you only online?

Yes, we are only Online!  

How long is processing?

3-5 business days, weekends and holidays are not included.

How long is shipping?

2-3 business days priority shipping and international shipping is longer, weekends and holidays are not included. 

How long does Slides ship?

Slides are 2 week pre-order, shipping then take 5-8 business days in US  but international varies

If you order other items with your Slides there will be a hold on your order until your Slides are ready to ship out, no exceptions!

How do I track my order?

After processing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. We try to send out this email within 7 days after your purchase, if you haven't received an email please contact us with your order number. 

Please Note: If you have received a tracking number and your package has been shipped and is now lost you have to contact USPS, we are not responsible for packages when the package is with carrier!

Do you offer refunds?

No, all items are non refundable so please check your cart and make sure everything in your order is correct. You can choose to exchange within 2 days of receiving item(s) with all tags still attached and unworn or no exchange, YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST!

Please Note: Email us before you send your order to assure SGC knows your item is returning and you have the right return address
